## Casino Compatibility Notes

Some casinos may have specific requirements:

* **Geographic restrictions** — Certain casinos are only available in specific U.S. states. Sweeps can only collect bonuses from casinos available in your location.
* **Age requirement** — Most sweepstakes casinos require users to be 18+ or 21+ depending on the state.
* **Account verification** — Some casinos require identity verification before bonuses can be collected. Complete verification on the casino site before connecting to Sweeps.

## Requesting New Casinos

Don't see a casino you use? Request support for it:

1. Open the Sweeps extension.
2. Go to **Settings** > **Request a Casino** (or similar).
3. Enter the casino name and website URL.
4. Submit the request.
