If Sweeps stops collecting bonuses for one or more casinos:
- Check the casino status — Open the extension and verify the casino shows a green (active) status.
- Verify your credentials — The casino may have required a password change. Update your credentials in Sweeps.
- Check your internet connection — Sweeps needs a stable connection to access casino sites.
- Restart Chrome — Close and reopen Chrome to refresh the extension.
- Update the extension — Ensure you’re running the latest version of Sweeps.

A yellow “Attention” status typically means:
- CAPTCHA required — The casino is presenting a CAPTCHA that needs manual solving. Open the casino site in a new tab, solve the CAPTCHA, then Sweeps will resume collection.
- Session expired — Re-enter your credentials in the Sweeps extension.
- Casino site changes — The casino may have updated their website. Sweeps will release an update to accommodate changes.

A red “Disconnected” status means Sweeps can’t log into the casino:
- Verify your casino account is still active by logging in directly on the casino’s website.
- Update your credentials in Sweeps if your password has changed.
- Check if the casino is under maintenance or temporarily unavailable.
- Remove and re-add the casino connection if the issue persists.

If the Sweeps icon doesn’t appear in your Chrome toolbar:
- Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions) in the Chrome toolbar.
- Find Sweeps in the list and click the pin icon to pin it.
- If Sweeps isn’t listed, reinstall it from the Sweeps website.

Sweeps is designed to be lightweight, but running many casino sessions can increase Chrome’s memory usage. To optimize:
- Close unnecessary Chrome tabs and extensions.
- Restart Chrome periodically (Sweeps will resume collection automatically).
- Ensure your computer has at least 4 GB of available RAM.

If Sweeps reports a successful collection but your casino balance doesn’t reflect it:
- Refresh the casino site — Balances may take a moment to update.
- Check the correct currency — Some bonuses add Gold Coins (GC) rather than Sweeps Coins (SC). Both may have separate balance displays.
- Review the casino’s bonus terms — Some bonuses are credited to a specific section (e.g., bonus balance vs. main balance).
Extension Updates
Sweeps updates automatically through the Chrome Web Store. To manually check for updates:- Go to
chrome://extensionsin your browser. - Enable Developer mode (toggle in the top-right).
- Click Update to check for the latest version.
Resetting the Extension
If you’re experiencing persistent issues, you can reset the extension:- Open the Sweeps extension.
- Go to Settings > Reset Extension.
- Confirm the reset.
- Reconnect your casino accounts.
